An audit is an understatement. How about a criminal investigation with a forensic audit... but remeber not to use Dave Kleiman!!! Maybe they could find the 4 million missing from the bond; maybe they can tell us how taxpayers got stuck for making up 8 million from the sewer fund; ugh... it's endless....
