Commissioner Maxwell says it is not the City's responsibility to dictate whether parents can or cannot bring their children into a bar after a certain time. As far as I can ascertain, the State doesn't regulate whether or whether not children can be in bars, but the law allows local governments to prohibit anyone under 21.
