Thank you to Florida Hometown Democracy Leaders and Supporters

Ya'll need a big Thank You! that never came from the voters.

That YouTube video really irritated me. Obama brought the hope and then caved on the wars, the tax cuts, the stimulus. Neither he nor the Republicans ever did the responsible thing and went full bore to pay down the debt. Bringing back the dollar value and thus shoring up the relative value of the dollar and reducing the price of crude which should have been paramount. Next eliminating the over abundance of legal immigration as well as the illegals would have put Americans "Back To Work!". Yet all we got was more of the same from both sides. With the defeat of FHD and the awful national situation it is so easy for most people to get depressed, to give up, cave in. You folks set the bar, walked the walk, and continue to work to this day.

In Florida you were the ones who put aside partisanship - your personal lives - who stood way out on the limb - and never flinched, never backed down, never quit. You may not be able to yet see the results from here, but you changed our world with the millions of little waves you started that have yet to reach their shores. Think of the thousands of people you enlightened, a 1/3 of the electorate!, and therefore made it much harder to conduct business as usual. I know we expected change overnight, it never comes that way but come it shall.

You folks were, still are, and will always be the ones. Don't ever for get it.

Greg Gimbert
