Mango Groves Neighborhood Association just announced that both Rene Varela and Commissioner Scott Maxwell will NOT be running again. We knew about Mayor Varela but Maxwell?
Maxwell, when contacted said, "Let the games begin!" In actuality, he did not confirm or deny other than to say, "Isn't it a little too early to be thinking about that" and chuckled it off.
