At 2:30 AM, Communications advised of a burglary that had just occurred at *** Cochran Drive. The victim was able to provide a vehicle tag and vehicle description. D/S Soto spotted the vehicle and began following. The suspect bailed out of the vehicle as the Eagle was overhead. Eagle was able to provide the location of the suspect who was attempting to flee on foot. The suspect was apprehended by K9 but continued to resist by attempting to choke the dog. After a brief struggle, the suspect was subdued. A deputy also sustained a minor injury. All property was returned to the owner.
