Waterman - a LEGALLY placed sign

Comment Up
If Tom were still head of the Chamber, would he have a fit about this sign? It was placed by the owner of a Lake Avenue business in front of his shop. The owner even bolted the signs to the display so that no one would steal them.

Lake Worth is tough, especially at election time.

It looks like Waterman must have received endorsement from the railroad companies, just saw her sign posted next to the tracks in an open field. Legal???? Looks like everyone has posted illegally for this election.

Is not this sign placed on a public sidewalk in the city of Lake Worth? Seems to me that the scupture that Rachels husband did that the signs are attached to are also a city code violation. Legal?

Sorry--it is on the part of the walk that is part of their store--not the city right of way. Try again.

Come on Lynn are you kidding me. Where is the dividing line ? I own a business in Lake worth and no part of the sidewalk is owned by the business it is either D.O.T. or the city. And what about the code issue of just throwing a piece of art on any part of the sidewalk. We do have ordinances, don't we?

Well then, get me the code. That is what I was told when I called about it. And why, if you are standing up for your convictions, don't you use you name and business? Let's get some credibility.
