You know what the biggest problem is?
STAFF
Shoving this down our throats. changing the beach to a bar hang-out. Whatever happens here (and the closing will be way too late for our beach) there are going to be all sorts of problems now at our beach when all these drinkers take over.
I don't like STAFF, in conjunction with some commissioners who have been brainwashed by the CM, to allow this to happen because she is paranoid that we can't find anyone else to lease there.
The broker did not perform. And that was probably because of STAFF. You guys totally dropped the ball and did not do what is right by the people in LW for your own slefish end--getting a tenant in there as quickly as possible.
