Lake Worth Casino Photo Update - We're almost there!

Comment Up
The name is on the building! Yeah!

City suggested $18 a s.f. for the upstairs space
to Restaurants America that says it projects
$4 million a year in revenues
The City kicked our long-term tenants off the beach
and/or discouraged the rest by not honoring
First Rights of Refusals and/or subjected them to bidding wars

Is there a Grand Opening date?
When will the upper parking lot be reopened?

If she is still a commissioner by the time it officially opens for business,(I don't expect her to run again) I am sure that whatever she says will be positive and upbeat as this will be a great achievement for Lake Worth and she had a lot to do with getting it going and had everything to do with keeping the building in the same location to ensure its success.

I heard that Maxwell does not want a Plaque installed on the Casino building because it would have Commissioner Mulvehill's name on it. How nasty is that?

Are there any plans for transit? Parking in the area has never been ideal.
