The dictionary defines a dream as a succession of images, thoughts, or emotions passing through the mind during sleep and as an involuntary vision occurring to a person when awake. Dream Act opponents have said that Marco's Dream Act is really amnesty for illegals and would encourage more and more of them to cross our borders illegally.
Marco says that those benefiting from his plan would be eligible for non-immigrant visas that would allow them to stay here and work and the visas would not be a path to citizenship.
