Speaking about the huge rainfall we have had this year--more than double compared to the same time last year. The only problem here is, I can't afford to run my sprinklers more than once per week.

Restrictions stink all around, they prove no purpose. They also need to lift the restrictions on gays not being able to marry, what does it hurt? Gays are going to be together anyway and love, they deserve all the same rights too. Just wish our city was smart about water, it rains so much, but then you see their sprinklers on wasting water. I agree with McVoy on this one. I hate all these stupid rules and laws made by man.
