What I do not understand is why no one helped! Personally, I cannot imagine seeing a crime and doing nothing.
There is so much violent crime today that a criminal such as these would sooner kill you. People are afraid in their own country and on their own streets. It is out of control and we all pay a bloody fortune for protection that doesn't exist.
