Maude Ford Lee, 77 year old former county commissioner and former chair of the local NAACP who gained fame for being the first black county commissioner, rented her house at 602 CLEAR LAKE AVE to thugs it seems. Her house had a double homestead exemption even though it was rented. The gang bangers were arrested and probably will be charged with federal crimes as well as the shooting of a 12 year old a week ago.

You have personal knowledge that Maude herself, rented her house out to "thugs". She didn't use a realtor or anything she did it herself right? Because that's what you wrote so it must be true.

Next, Maude Ford Lee is the damn OWNER of her house--not a Realtor, not anyone else. She signs the contract. She needs to see the background checks on these low-lives. The buck stops with her.
