Happy? I think not. He has to constantly look for fresh water and a source of food. He needs a safe place to sleep away from predators and and inclement weather. He doesnt know what his future has in store for him. He's not eligible for Obama Care and he's alone and lonely. He has a lot in common with the guy who sleeps behind the restaurant next to the dumpster on Lake Ave.
