I think the mass exodus will take them by surprise! If people put their houses up for sale and there are too many available - does that give the buyer negotiating power and possibly drive the price of each home down?
Has the 'remote' possibility that this will blow up in their faces even been considered by the (reelected NEW Mayor & Commission)?
I heard a question asked about what other cities are doing and they moved on w/another boring 1/2 answer from the CM! This is such a sham and I'd love to be around when Karma Kicks Butt!
