Quote of the Day - Election desperation

"I'm not opposed to any particular candidate but I'm appalled by the concept of electing judges based on how much money they spend."

~ Melinda Gamot, attorney, speaking about the Palm Beach County Judicial race.

This same outrage can be felt about the City of Lake Worth's $50,000 of taxpayer money used by them to launch a campaign to win at the polls on August 26th. The city is desperate to grab $63,500,000.00 so that you will have to pay for it until year 2049. At the end of thirty years, you will be looking at the same potholes that will need fill.
