Russia now has an electronic warfare device that will completely knock out our missile defense system. What have we been doing over the last six years, Mr. President? Have we been asleep on the job?

Nobody disputes that the Russians flew "stupidly" close to the Donald Cook, those parts of the reports are true. The Russians have a long history of that kind of stunt!
But the ships CIC (Combat Information Center) was not "shut down". The Cook could have taken the Russian aircraft out any time it wanted.
Why is there no "comment up" at the heading of this post? I sense a conspiracy to keep the true facts from the public!
