Obama's Executive Action on Illegal Immigrants

Comment Up

As reported yesterday, a federal judge has just ruled that Barack Obama’s executive action on amnesty for illegal immigrants violates the separation of powers and is, therefore, unconstitutional. Glory hallelujah! We’ve finally found one judge in all of America who actually recognizes the law and is brave enough to enforce it.

So it was OK for Reagan and Bush to offer amnesty, but Obama's is not amnesty like that of Bush and Regan, he has strict stipulations. Obama is taking action and doing something unlike the lame republican congress and senate that can never do anything, completely ineffective. Obama is a loving compassion man wanting to keep families together, he is trying his best, so much more then Reagan or Bush did. Look how the economy and all has bounced back. Under both Bushes it went to hell. I cringe to think what will happen under Jeb, he left FL a mess. Obama is trying, working tirelessly to restore order, build bridges, show compassion, and make this world a better place. he has done so much. So the opinion of this judge what outcome will it have? Uphold laws? Laws, many which are not fair for all, like gay marriage or equal pay for women. Obama is the equality president, he will go down in history as doing more for the minorities than any other president. Keeping building those bridges Obama, keep caring to do what is right toward all your human brothers and sisters here on earth. Your efforts are not in vain Obama. Many fine people are reaping the rewards behind you all the way, I hope in the next two years, maybe you can join all of the Americas, all countries in North, Central and South America as one nation like the European Union, I hope in two more years Obama can be the uniter of the Americans! Go Obama! Thank you and God bless the Americas.

I don't have time to disagree with you on your comments but I will say you have NO clue what Bush did for Florida. He was a great governor--and I was a diehard Dem at that time.

While Governor, Jeb Bush reduced taxes by $19 billion, reduced the size of state government by 6.6 percent, vetoed $2 billion in new spending, and presided over Florida receiving the highest possible bond rating.[30]

In May 2006, as part of a $448.7-million line-item veto of state funding, Bush cut a total of $5.8 million in grants to public libraries, pilot projects for library homework help and web-based high-school texts, and funding for a joint-use library in Tampa

Bush signed legislation to restore the Everglades as part of an $8 billion project in conjunction with the federal government. He also set aside over one million acres of land for conservation as part of a land purchase program. I would say that this was fiscal responsibility, wouldn't you, anony at 8:48 who obviously just wants to crap on republicans in general without knowing the facts. Do a little research before you condemn a good guy.

I would never vote for another Bush as president of the USA, two was enough, and they were bad, we do not need any more bushes. You might be right though, Jeb is the best of the bushes.
