Martin Luther King

Comment Up

"I still have a dream, a dream deeply rooted in the American dream – one day this nation will rise up and live up to its creed, 'We hold these truths to be self evident: that all men are created equal'."

still gives me chills to hear him

He gave his life for the dream. Now look what happens--great strides in racial relations through the years and then Obama drags it all down. No chills here, just complete sadness.

I bet MLK would not talk so badly about Obama like you do if he were here today. Obama has done a lot for gays and keeps the issues of race in the forefront, issues that still need attention brought to them. Obama is a lot like MLK, he is also for non violence and an end to wars and fighting. You like to bash Obama about illegal immigration a lot too, but under his administration he has had more illegals deported from the USA more than any other modern day president in the past 20 years. Obama will go down in history for being a superior president too once he is out of office and people reflect on all he has really done. God bless MLK, Obama, and America. We all need to speak life and be more positive about what people do like Obama and MLK.

Yup, 48% of liberals still like Obama. I think he will go down in history as being worse than Jimmy Carter.

As far as gays are concerned, it was just a few years ago when he was AGAINST it BEFORE he was FOR it.
