A ticket for a dog that escaped and killed another animal?!? What if that had been a child or a baby. That dog, unfortunately, should be destroyed and the owner ought to be charged with a crime.
There is a lady that walks two pitbulls in the am in my neighborhood (she doesn't live in my neighborhood, but brings her dogs over), the dogs are ferocious, they bark and snap and fight we each other and lunge towards others. She can barely control the two of them. When I see her, I get away from her and her dogs as quickly as possible. I wish she would stay in her own neighborhood.

We need an ordinance to ban pit bulls from the city limits. More and more cities are banning these and other types of nasty attach dogs
