Quote of the Day - Michelle Manhart

Comment Up
“If your cause is racism, then find some white people and walk on them. But to walk on the flag is walking on our symbol of freedom. You have the freedom to do what you are doing because of it. I’m not fighting against them. I’m fighting against the way they are going about it.”

~ Michelle Manhart Air Force veteran

Pertaining to an incident in Valdosta, Georgia in which she picked up a torn and tattered flag from a group of Valdosta State University protesters who were trampling on it. Said one protester, "When a slave understands his situation and understands he doesn’t want to be in slavery, he does not respect or revere anything his slavemaster has put in front of him." What a bunch of uneducated silly drivel. These kids must have just come from an American history lesson on the Civil War that happened some 155 years ago. Hate and Racism is the mantra of the day...and it's being taught/encouraged in some colleges and universities.

Ms. Manhart had more balls than the university president and certainly more than the campus police.
