Do we have reason to believe that the guy Did NOT reach into his back waistband, as the cop said he did? Do you know something we don't, 9:43?? If not, then shut it. You have no case. I hate lying cops. But I don't see anything here that makes me think he's lying.

Lesson: DO NOT run away from cops. When they catch up to you, do NOT reach into your back waistband. You will get shot!
Or you can say that a cop over-reacted and caused a death of an unarmed person.
Do what the cop says. End of story. Otherwise you are resisting. What ever happens due to your resisting is YOUR fault.
