Hudson Holdings

Comment Up

Well, we can't blame Hudson Holdings for trying, or can we? They were invited to submit a proposal and now they have been invited back.  We have to listen to them on Thursday night whether we want to or not. I want every vocal person in Lake Worth affiliated with this company to stand up...come out into the Sunshine. We already know John Szerdi's position and he lost. And we also know that Hudson can't even take care of the hotel they bought here. What will they do if they get their hands on our "beach?"

Maybe they will bring ideas that have been sorely lacking from everyone from designers of the upstairs to the current parade of brokers trying unsuccessfully to lease out the space above Mulligans and address our under utilized pool area and over utilized parking issues.

We have highly paid staff that could have generated "ideas."
The upstairs space, from inception, was designed in this way on purpose. We were NEVER supposed to build-out the space for a tenant and bear that cost. We really haven't had a parade of brokers per se. Anderson & Carr had the listing for some time. Have you ever seen an ad anywhere advertising the upstairs space for lease? There is not even an ad at the beach itself or along A1A, a perfect place to advertise. Have you ever seen any marketing for our pool anywhere?

We have a very popular beach with 613 parking spaces devoted to the public. On holidays, probably twice as many might try to come to our beach. The city removed 164 upper level spaces to put in their trees, grass and Jungle Jim...not a good move IMO.

Yup, got my first piece of propaganda from Lake Worth Better a/k/a Hudson Holdings. Don't they need to put their name on this campaign stuff (that's what this seems like, a campaign).

Do you think Hudson will tell us how their casino and pool plan is tied in with the Gulfstream Hotel, a property they bought a year ago with not one thing done to it?

Look at the Gulfstream. How's that gong for Lake Worth? Pam ,Andy and Scott, Remember the ass-kicking that Szerdi got because of his support of Hudson Holdings, the newest con men to set their sites on Lake Worth.Your trio of fat asses are next.As the Donald would say--- YOU'RE FIRED !!!!
