Fondling himself in front a five year old, scary stuff. Is the Trio responsible for this man's behavior? Of course not. Is the Trio responsible for him being in our City? Yes, at least partially. The Trio does little to nothing when it comes to crime or homelessness, they are afraid to ask PBSO to step up to the plate. They do little to nothing to address the homeless crisis that keeps getting worse due to sober homes (which they pretend they can do nothing about, when they could direct City to enforce our short term rental law).
