It's a rare thing to have an opportunity to vote for someone on a local level with Drew's education and background. Most of them are schlubs. I voted for Drew, hope he wins.

I know...there is something about an honest man that some people have a problem with. No pay to play here. No special interests. NO developers raping our county. I guess you can't stand that thought.

Drew is a very long shot because of his opponent's connections and the big money he has attracted such as Burt Aaronson and Shelley Vana who wants to bulldoze our John Prince Park.

We need a change at the County level--more Jessee Santamaria and Paulette Burdick types...then throw in Karen Marcus. If we could have four of people like this, our County would be far better off.

Drew is the only one with a true grasp of the issues that are affecting our environment, finances, and quality of life. This idea of growth at any and all costs is the reason we are compromising the quality of life here at ever increasing costs. Storm runoff is a huge problem completely ignored now in the race to develop and cram ever increasing numbers of people in a small space and cover it all over with concrete. Developers adore it: taxpayers pick up their tab for infrastructure--what's not to like? We are supporting the developers; anyone ever see a poor developer??
Drew is one of the very few who is well educated, has a larger grasp of the issues than just "more money for government", and has the moral integrity to represent the voters over Development Dynasty ever larger contributions. If there were more like him the county would be in much better shape, ecologically and economically. I'm tired of supporting the millionaires only looking to swing a deal.

To 10:16: Why would anyone consider it a joke that someone honest and educated could be elected? Unless you happen to be a developer swimming in the gravy train and lapping up pay and play--
