Drew's first in everything but last in the election results. But you knew that that's why you're already screeching about him losing to big money. You always support the worst candidates possible then blame everyone and everything when they waxed in the elections. I'm surprised you're not blaming the liberal media for drew getting waxed.
Drew is too honest to win in Palm Beach County, corruption county of America. I try and pick people for whom I believe are moral and honest. I admit that in the last local election it was anyone but Maxwell for me. It's hard to fight corruption.
Drew Martin stood with Boca Del Mar when the PBC BCC voted to destroy our master plan and to develop the Mizner Trail Golf Course. He also stood with the residents of Century Village WPB, the Ag Reserve, Lox and The Acreage to fight politicians that are in the pockets of greedy developers. We need to change the way county commissioners are elected in PBC, so we can stand with him--the next time he runs.
Someone in the know needed to step in and advise. Others with knowledge needed to help. It takes so much more than just honesty and integrity or knowledge as politics is a dirty game. You can't run an important campaign such as this by yourself. Even the Everglades Trust, IMO, was compromised by politics. You must raise money but that is not always the deciding factor. Look what happened to Irv Slosberg?

I'll be voting for Drew. I have to say that I am very proud of both Drew Martin and Dave Kerner for the excellent ,civilized campaign they both ran!

I was surprised that the Everglades Trust didn't support Drew. Are they really for the environment?
