PBC GOP Chair Michael Barnett elected as Vice Chair of Republican Party of Florida

Just  reported from the Republican Party of Florida’s quarterly meeting in Orlando this past weekend. PBC GOP Chairman Michael Barnett was just elected to be the next RPOF Vice Chairman in a crushing victory over his opponent for the position.

Mike received a whopping 201 of the 221 votes cast in the race and will serve as the second in command of the state party for the next two years. Congratulations to our Chairman on his stunning victory in Orlando.

It's very gratifying to see a successful black person and a successful white person getting along together in this manner. This should always be the case, but we just had eight years of a man in the White House who for his own demented pleasure, drove a wedge between the races. It's up to all of us now, to keep this picture in our minds and imagine what we can be, instead of what we have become, through the selfishness of our soon to be past exalted leader. I think Obama has always tried to overcompensate for his inability to share the true experience of the African American. You can't trace his roots back to any plantation. His last name isn't Smith or Jones or Johnson, or any of hundreds of names taken by black slaves of their former masters. He never overcame a single hardship, and I think he suffers from that deep in his soul. So, he has tried to recreate slavery and oppression in the 21st century. And except for images like the one pictured above, he could have succeeded.
