Senate was a Democrat and remained Democrats until they died (except
Strom Thurmond who eventually became a Dixiecrat).
The Democrats are the
party of slavery, white nationalism, Jim Crow laws and created the KKK.
So, if we want to eliminate everything that reminds us of our country’s
racist past, I propose we start with the Democratic Party."
