Materio has always been and will always be a growth whore. Look at the T reports of ANY politician,local state or national-they all look the same-Realtors,developers and big Ag who pay low taxes on Ag land then reap the benefits of selling it to developers.
The Materio family have been active contributors to the City of Lake Worth. Phil attends neighborhood meetings and they donate to our local charities and schools. People come from all over south Florida for to attend classes and purchase products from McMow Glass. I wish her success in this election and would vote for her if I could.

Ya.... then those developers make the new development pay regular taxes. What a croc!
