Today at the Lake Worth beach

Beautiful morning at our beach. There were a lot of orange cones on the street in front of the casino in order to deter vehicles from parking there and tying up traffic.

Last week, gutters were installed on the building and painting of the staircase banisters was in effect as I walked by.

Phil Johnson, who has been a Lake Worth resident for 30 years, is in charge of the area and he has a passion for his job. He says he knows every inch of our 19 acres and works it with love.

There has been no decision on our pool but I feel rather certain that it will end up the White Elephant that Mike Bornstein wished it to be when he was first hired.

Our poor pool. Very sad.

He's the white elephant, right?
