Closing the streets again so soon after Street Painting Festival. It's an outrage!

And how stupid to have it on the 16th rather than on Saturday March 17th, the real St. Patrick's day.

Probably a decision to shore up dying Evening on the Avenue, which has been killed by Amoroso's decision to have it every week.
